3. Purchases and Payments
Purchases made on this Site are processed securely through PayPal. We never see or store your credit card or bank details — all payment information is handled directly by PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours. All sales of digital products (downloads, workbooks, printables, affirmation cards) are final and non-refundable. Physical product returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed through PayPal to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and delivery times depend on location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
4. Community & Membership Access
If you join our community or membership programs, you agree to use them respectfully and not share your login or content access with others. We may remove any user for disrespectful behavior, inappropriate content, or violation of community guidelines, without refund.
